Pricing & Packages

In the spirit of our core values, we believe that transparent pricing helps you understand the costs and benefits of working with Boss Lady Consulting. We have outlined the main packages and services here but are happy to talk with you if something is missing. 

We do not take a “one size fits all” approach to our work. Still, we believe that if you do not have a rich discovery process to uncover your brand’s strengths and opportunities, you will risk wasting money on tactics with no overarching strategy. For this reason, if you don’t already have strong brand research, story and guidelines, we encourage our clients to begin with the Discovery Package.

Discovery + Strategy Package
(4-6 weeks)

1. Initial meeting/insights with your team to identify your goals, vision and what a “win” looks like – (1 hour)

2. Industry, competitor deep dive (up to 4) to identify your differentiators, and shifts that may influence your strategy or growth opportunities.

3. Complete audit of your brand, marketing and online presence. Evaluation of your positioning and a deep dive and analysis of your target audience, the market you are in, geography and industry influences and insights.

4. Mid-point check-in with initial insights and thoughts (ensuring we are on track) – (1 hour).

5. Final designed report with our findings and strategic recommendations for growth, messaging recommendations, and specific recommended tactics/approaches that make sense for your business to get you where you want to go.

6. Final presentation of report to you and/or your key stakeholders – (1 hour).

Cost (including 1:1 research with staff and customers): $7,000 paid in full upfront, or 3 payments of $2,500.

Cost (without research): $5,500 paid in full upfront, or 3 payments of $2,150.

Branding / Rebranding
(8-10 weeks)

1. Identification of brand archetype, story, tagline, primary messaging pillars and messaging.

2. Development of three initial visual brand concepts, colors and typography for review – up to two rounds of major edits.

3. Final logo formats, files and brand guidelines developed for use across business.

4. Design of new social media headers for brand.

Cost: $10,000, paid in full upfront, or 3 monthly payments of $3,700.

Customer Experience Strategy

1. Evaluation and assessment of existing strategy, processes, goals, story and messaging.

2. Experience journey visualization created to help identify ways to improve the process and experience + identify gaps.

3. Development of strategic recommendations, solutions, processes, training or tech support needed to reach goal.

4. Identification of key metrics, how/when to measure, how to interpret and report on them, support for simple dashboard if needed.

Cost: $10,000, paid in full upfront, or 3 monthly payments of $3,600.

Ongoing Marketing Implementation + Retainers

1. Social Media Posts – research, write and design three posts per week, including one video, that can be resized for up to 3 channels. Includes posting software, ongoing optimization and monthly reports. Cost: $1,500/month for up to 3 channels, $2,000 for 4, $2,500 for 5 and $3,000 for 6.

2. Lead Magnet Funnel – design and build the landing page and ads, and create automations for lead funnels. Cost: $5,000/funnel.

3. Content Marketing Strategy and Implementation for blogs and email marketing (2 per month). Includes SEO optimization, research, design of cover art and monthly reporting. Cost: $4,000/month.

4. Digital Ads/Social Ads – design, optimization, management, SEO optimization, reporting and alignment of landing pages, CTAs and profiles to ensure strong ROI. Cost: $4,000/month.

5. Community Building – evaluation, strategy, research, design and support to grow your online community, create revenue opportunities, build loyalty and retention and develop a growth plan.

Á la carte pricing will require one month and a separate set-up fee prior to beginning work. The set-up fee varies based on organizational branding, story and materials available. Prices subject to change.

Full Scope – Discovery, Strategy, Research and Brand Package
(14-20 weeks)

1. Initial meeting/insights with your team to identify your goals, vision and what a “win” looks like – (1-2 hours). 

2. Industry, competitor deep dive to identify your differentiators, and shifts that may influence your strategy or growth opportunities.

3. Brand, marketing, and positioning deep dive and analysis to ensure your brand is aligned with your targets and your marketing is creating demand and impact. Draft of new messaging recommendations + brand storytelling.

4. Interview with staff/evaluation of service and customer experience processes. Draft recommendations and suggested changes to visual identity (if indicated).

5. Check in with initial insights and crafted brand and strategy thoughts (ensuring we are on track) – (1.5 hours).

6. Development of final draft of messaging, brand storytelling, service design updates, strategic growth recommendations and drafted tactical plan for growth.

7. Meeting to check in on final draft, get input, review visual identity updates and recommendations –(1 hour).

8. Final designed report with our findings and strategic recommendations for growth, messaging pillars and recommendations and specific tactics/approaches that make sense for your business to get you where you want to go. Includes all logo files, header templates for social media, brand guidelines, story and messaging framework and full strategy.

9. Final presentation of report to you and/or your key stakeholders – (2 hours).

Cost: $15,000 (or $17,000, which includes limited 1:1 research with staff, clients and/or target audience), paid in full upfront, or 3 monthly payments of $5,300 or $5,900.

Rachael loves ALL things that involve creativity – she is the one who makes brands sparkle! Working with an agency that prioritizes people and meaningful work fuels her passion for excellence and inspires her to always bring her best work for our clients.

Before joining our team, Rachael spent five years serving at a nonprofit in Mexico.

Beyond her artistic flair, Rachael’s heart belongs to her two golden retriever fur babies.

Her happy place is long walks…and don’t be surprised if you catch her line dancing like nobody’s watching.

Kenzie Kidder

COMMUNICATIONS &

ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

Kenzie is our queen of strategic content and manages the content and feeds for our clients.

She has been fascinated by social media and digital marketing for as long as she can remember. For six years she worked with a nonprofit organization in Mexico, utilizing her photography and communication talents within the organization, and leading teams on humanitarian trips. She transitioned out of nonprofit work and has been with Boss Lady Consulting since January 2021.

Kenzie is creative, fluent in Spanish, an excellent photographer and designer.

Her happy place is traveling, coffee, beaches, and people.

She lives in Baja California Sur with her husband.

Emily Martin

COMMUNICATIONS &

ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

Emily believes that teams are as strong as their leaders. Success begins when leaders actively listen to their employees and customers and respond empathetically. As such, she is an advocate for human-focused and customer-centered workplaces.

Her belief that ineffective communication is the #1 cause of organizational dysfunction drives her passion for her work. She’s worked with small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, specifically in healthcare, consumer goods, education, and nonprofit industries for more than 15 years.

She received her BA in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Brigham Young University; and served a humanitarian service mission in the Caribbean area for 18 months. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Emily is happily married to her chiropractor and is the mother of three adorable and rambunctious children. Her family is her happy place.

In her free time, she loves to sing and perform, play tennis and sports with her kids, and enjoys walking long distances while listening to her favorite podcasts, bike riding, fishing, and hiking.

Emily lives in Kennewick, Washington.

Laura Orwig

MARKETING MANAGER

Laura is a communications professional with more than 10 years of experience in content creation, channel management, and strategy execution. She enjoys getting to think big picture and dreaming up marketing strategies while still getting into the nitty gritty of creating content and earning media.

Laura has her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management and spends time volunteering to improve various nonprofits’ communications efforts, from drafting full marketing plans to auditing fundraising programs or managing social media channels.

Laura’s happy place is adventuring. Over the past few years, she’s traveled to every state in the contiguous U.S. with her husband and two cats, rock climbing in any little crag she can find and has hiked hundreds of miles on the Pacific Crest Trail.​

She lives near Waco, Texas.

Sally is our Boss Lady CEO and Founder. She passionately believes YOU are the center of our work. Her experience running marketing and CX for organizations, Fortune 50 companies, and non-profits has created strong ROI and growth.

She has a Master’s in Communication and Leadership and has led teams in marketing, community engagement, public relations, communications, business development, operations, customer service, call centers, and customer experience.

Sally’s happy place is by the ocean, feet in the sand, sun on the face with family.

She and husband Tim have two grown children, two grandbabies and two Westies.

She lives in Santa Fe, NM.
